Please read the scriptures carefully,G-d did not approve of any human sacrifices only to Molech and other false gods. It does not apply to the one and only True Living G-d, The Lord G-d of Israel, The G-d of Abraham,Isaac and Jacob.
Isaiah 53:1-12 in its entirety is mentioned of The Messiah.
8.He was taken from prison and from judgement:and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living:for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
9.And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death;because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
10.Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him;he hath put him to grief:when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin,he shall see his seed,he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.
Anyway G-d did raise him up from the dead on the 3rd day and Lord Yeshua is Alive forever.
Praise The Lord.

No.
Hebrews 11:17
By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son
When G-d can ask Abraham to offer up his son Isaac, G-d can surely offer up His only begotten Son Yeshua which He did to prove His Love. That is why there are no more animal sacrifices.John 3:16 For G-d so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
